About the Training: This 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is crafted for real people seeking to deepen their practice or share yoga in an authentic and meaningful way. You don’t need to master advanced poses, this training is about building confidence, safety, and connection. You’ll explore both traditional wisdom and modern applications of yoga, learning how to teach with clarity, compassion, and integrity. Over three transformative weeks, you’ll immerse yourself in yoga, philosophy, anatomy, methodology, and more, in a supportive community.

What You’ll Learn: By the end of the training, you’ll be fully prepared to teach holistic yoga (Hatha & Vinyasa), and you will: • Cue and sequence classes safely and creatively, offering variations to meet diverse bodies • Dive into the chakra system and integrate it into your offerings • Practice and teach meditation, pranayama (breathwork), mudra, and mantra • Understand anatomy, biomechanics, and how to give safe assists • Learn the ethical and business side of yoga, including marketing, professionalism, and Yoga Alliance basics • Explore yoga’s philosophy; the Eight-Limbed Path, Yamas & Niyamas, Ayurveda, and spiritual foundations • Experience daily teaching labs and personalized feedback to shape your unique teaching voice

Your Guides: Michelle LeHegarate-Garcia is the founder of Two Rivers Yoga. Since beginning her yoga journey in unexpected ways, she has accumulated over 7,000 teaching hours across multiple lineages and leads teacher trainings worldwide. Her approach is inclusive, expressive, and rooted in self-discovery. Dr. Danielle Hoguet combines a background in dance and a doctorate in physical therapy with her deep yoga training. She brings precision, compassion, and an emphasis on safe alignment, especially helpful for working with injuries or special conditions.
