Your Personal Bio |
I first stepped on to a yoga mat back in 2002. Since then, yoga has been one of my most loyal companions. It has taught me a lot about myself and by extension, other people. In 2017 I did my first 200h teacher training, without the intention of teaching afterwards. But then I was asked to take over a lunch time class and the rest is history, I have been teaching several regular classes a week ever since. In 2019 I did my 300h teacher training with more of a focus on therapeutical yoga and ayurveda. In 2017 I began studying ayurveda to become an ayurveda therapist and am currently finishing my studies to become an ayurvedic naturopath.
Since going through menopause myself, I have started to further educate myself to become a menopause coach and did another teacher training to certify as a menopause yoga teacher. I have also done an additional restorative yoga teacher training to better adapt to women’s (including my own) needs in the transitional phase to second spring.
I currently have an ayurvedic practice in Zurich and Lichtensteig, Switzerland, a yoga shala in Lichtensteig and also offer online consultations, yoga coaching and regular online yoga classes.
