I came to Yoga as a way to help relieve and cope with anxiety, stress and overwhelm and it has become a lifelong passion to share these profound tools with others. My classes are centered around self-inquiry, compassion, and ease of movement. I hope to encourage those who practice with me to look deeply into how they are feeling, to move with that understanding, and to live life both on and off the Yoga mat a little more gently.
