I began practicing yoga as a way to reconnect with my body and mind, and over time it has become an essential part of my life.
What started as a personal practice grew into a deep passion that inspired me to become a teacher.
I have trained in Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, Rocket, and Vinyasa yoga, and each style has shaped my teaching and practice in unique ways.
Through yoga, I’ve cultivated strength, patience, and mindfulness, both on and off the mat.
I’m passionate about guiding others on their own journey and creating space for growth, exploration, and healing through movement and breath.
